LOCK OUT POLICY
There is no charge for the first lock out but any additional lockouts you will be charged $50.00 per occurrence. 

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
Any tenant who witnesses any illegal activity happening in Hot Point Commons is encouraged to call the Pennsylvania State Police at 717-249-2121.
