12 MONTH LEASES

• Rent payments are due May 1st, August 1st, November 1st and February 1st. 
• Your security deposit is due August 1st.
• There’ll be no reminder to pay your rent. 
• If you don’t pay the rent within four (4) days of the due date, you’ll receive a $50 late fee.
• Note:  Remember to apply your $100 lease deposit to your first month’s rent.

9 MONTH LEASES

• Rent payments are due August 1st, November 1st and February 1st.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept checks, money orders, credit and debit cards.

• Credit and debit cards payments may be made by calling the office, 717 530-1311
• Checks and money orders should be made payable as follows:
  • All College Park Commons rental checks should be payable to College Park Commons
  • All checks should be mailed to the rental office at 109 Stone Ridge Commons, Shippensburg, PA 17257 or put in the drop-off box located at 109 Stone Ridge Commons. 
  • A receipt will be mailed upon request
